Applicant Profile
Become a Professional Technician in Sports Training with skills in practical knowledge and the ability to apply them in the process of sports training at the levels of initiation and specialisation, especially aimed at children and young people.
At the U.D.C.A. you will have access to our university campus equipped with excellent sporting facilities, including six football pitches, a gymnasium, a sports centre, an indoor coliseum and facilities for tennis, volleyball, indoor football, athletics and basic gymnastics. Likewise, the Sports Science programme carries out track and field athletics practice at the Unidad Deportiva El Salitre, and swimming practice at the Club Cafam.
The programme also has high-tech equipment for the evaluation and control of performance athletes, national and international agreements for practices and internships, semesters abroad and research projects.

The Professional Technician in Sports Coaching programme corresponds to the first level of undergraduate education, which allows the student to develop skills in practical knowledge, to apply them in the process of sports training at the levels of initiation and specialisation, especially aimed at children and young people.

The Professional Technician in Sports Coaching responds to the purpose of professional technical education, in the field of sports training at the level of initiation and specialisation, which will be led or supervised by a professional in Sports Science.

The aim of the technical training is that the graduate of the Professional Technician in Sports Coaching programme can develop training activities with children or young people, which contribute to their comprehensive education through the practice of sport.
