Local social, economic, biological and environmental setting

The research work in the PhD in Animal Science will be based on endogenous development, strengthening the research process based on the needs of the social, economic, biological and environmental environment at the local level. This scenario will facilitate the transfer of technologies and innovation to solve local problems and promote the transfer of knowledge to the agricultural sector. At the same time, the results of the research will contribute to generate the basis for the incorporation of multidisciplinary research groups that jointly contribute to the extension of the knowledge frontier and the development of agricultural policies that protect and optimize processes associated with animal production.
